I use DownThemAll! for Firefox. I open all the results I want in tabs, close the Aniseach tab and use DownThemAll!. I open the pictures/embedded tab of the downloader and choose renaming mask, etc. and then click start. If I got any logos and crap it's easy to delete by organizing the files in the folder by size to find them. It's tedious but the best way I've found.
